An AI-based two-dimensional computer design comes to life as a three-dimensional, handcrafted ceramic object. Interaction between plants, animals, humans, and robots—all terrestrial species—asapotential utopian benefit in the future. The fragment of a non-existent species, generated as a 2D image based on the artist’s specifications using a text-to-image generator, was modeled by handandplaced in an installation context with Natural materials. The socio-culturally significant material clay, with its long history, meets the latest state of AI technology – raising questions aboutthepossibilities of collaboration with AI tools in art, as well as the limits of these collaborative possibilities, especially in three dimensions.
